FIESTA IN NEW NORMAL
We have a celebration every year. They are celebrating a special occasion in every location. In a new normal condition, Vigan is celebrating a "Kannawidan" celebration.
We are seeing an increase in the number of cases in our country this month. In Ilocos Sur, we're on the third level of alert. We'll be commemorating Kannawidan on January 25th. However, there may be certain difficulties while we celebrate Kannawidan. As I previously stated, we are at level 3 of alert, and it is critical to maintain a distance and adhere to the guidelines. This year's celebration is different from previous years.
Festivals are an expressive way to celebrate glorious heritage, culture and traditions. They are meant to rejoice special moments and emotions in our lives with our loved ones. They play an important role to add structure to our social lives, and connect us with our families and backgrounds.

I agree to your statement that festivals are an expressive way to celebrate our culture and traditions but we shouldn't forget the safety of our family and friends for our lives are more important than any festivals.
